Returns:

2. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products, and items marked as final sale, are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Process for Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds:

1. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted (for example, for items not in their original condition or items returned after the 30-day window).

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the return will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
